HP Recommended
Product: Hp5500PS
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After booting up getting this error

System error

0f0100 02ae04f0

Also says black n light cyan empty but the black ink is full LC is empty.

Top LCD ink row says (8504) Replace

Bottom LCD ink roll says INSERT.  THanks

Really no one from HP knows what this error relates to ?
