Thanks, Spencer.  I really appreciate all that you've tried to do to help me for the past week.  Just one more question.  What printer would you recommend I get?  I really like the HP.  It's been so dependable.  I also like the all-in-one features.  I don't need anything fancy or expensive since I'm retired (worked for NASA for 35 years) and will only be using it a few times a week.  Any help would be appreciated.

You're a good guy with a lot of patience.

Thanks again.

That is awesome! My grandpa worked for NASA too (one of the reasons I ended up getting a minor in physics)!

If you would like a good all-in-one I would suggest something like the 6700 Premium. Its moderately priced, really efficient, easily maintained and has all the functions you would ever want out of a printer. It's very reliable, and I have used one.

And thank you too for your patience and diligence. I wish that we could have gotten this fixed.

If you think I have been helpful there is a star below my name on each of my posts that gives "kudos," which is like a "thank you" on the forum. And if you feel this issue is resolved you can mark the post which resolved it wish a Solution Provided (in the bottom right of each post).

Have a wonderful day!
