Hi All,
I am writing for technical support in regards to printing issues with my HP Photosmart C4780. Unfortunately whenever I print the image it has a purple hue. I have tried to resolve this issue with the following solutions unsuccessfully:
Print in a number of different programs, as a PDF, word doc and JPEG
Print a number of different images of varied colours
Change the print quality presets from Normal up to Best
Change the colour management profile settings from the printer to the software and monitor settings
Run the cartridge realignment procedure
Clean the cartridges through the HP solution centre, over all 3 stages
Even though the HP 300 colour ink cartridge was barely used, I replaced it with another
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
Uninstall and reinstall the latest HP printing software
After running the print quality diagnostic reports attached it seems that yellow does not print even after changing the cartridge. I've also attached an image of what is supposed to print and the purpled print. Can you please help me find a solution to this issue.

I noticed that you cannot print yellow with your HP Photosmart c4780. I am happy to look into this issue for you!
Are you using Genuine HP Ink Cartridges? Or refills?
In the meantime, I would recommend to go through this guide, Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Photosmart C4600 and C4700 All-in-One Printer Series.
