Excel spreadsheet not printing correctly

I have an HP Ink Advantage 1515 that will not print all the grid lines in an Excel spreadsheet.  It will print some, but not all.  I've tried the following tricks as offered on the forum with the same missing grid lines result:

1. updating the driver

2. select 99% size vs. 100%

3.  Print landscape vs. portrait

4.  Print to a pdf file

5.  Print to an xps file

Help.
