I would like to return unused unopened HP 60XL cartridges and HP 57 cartridge since I have to get a new printer that doesn't use these cartridges.  It would be helpful if you answered directly on this forum page so that we can find the answer rather than waiting for a response to our mailbox.

Thanks.

Hi.  I bought a HP 8600 and was told that Hp would buy back or exchange my OJ 6210 cartidges.  I have been given the wrong address a couple of times and have had trouble contacting anyone who can help.  I have 9 black/color/photo cartidges that are unwrapped (bought just before Christmas newsletter time).  What do I need to do?  Thanks.

Hi drtomconrad,

I understand that you are looking to exchange the nine cartridges that you are not able to use with your new printer. My best suggestion is to contact technical support at 800-474-6836. I have  a similar issue as townsend Bill.  I just retired an OfficeJet 7310 and moved up to an OJP Pro 8600. I have Four new #97 color cartridges in factory wrap to exchange  for One 950XL and Three 951s (Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow)

Does HP have an exchange program to address the matter?

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

My HP  printer was replaced by HP under warranty but was given/sent a whole different model printer in exchange and so am left with

9- Tri Color HP 901 unused unopened printer cartridges and 5- 901 XL Black Printer ink cartridges that I need to exchange for the correct ink  (564) for the new different printer I was sent. My new printer is the

HP Officejet 4620 so I am needing HP Ink Cartridges 564 in exchange.  I was sent to this forum so how does this exchange happen what do I do from here??  Awaiting help.

Thank you!!
