When attempting to print from 2 different wireless devices, get failed to change settings on both devices. What settings? Settings in/on what??

Using HP plugin app.

I understand that you are getting error failed to change settings on your printer.

 

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes on your printer?

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the HP print service plugin app on phone and check if it helps.

 

Refer this article to know how to use HP Print Service Plugin app.

 

If the issue still persists I would suggest to try and use HP AiO remote app to print.

 

Refer this article to know how to use HP AIO remote app using this link.

As you mentioned the issue still persists after trying out the steps.

 

Have you tried printing using the HP AIO remote app? Does the issue still persist?
