@jonjo110,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print from your HP ENVY 120 e-All-in-One Printer as you get an error message "One or more cartridges appear to be damaged".

This issue could occur if the electrical contacts on the cartridge or the printer are not clean or the cartridge is defective.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Resolving 'Ink Cartridge Problem' Error

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.

None of the suggested solutions worked, thanks anyway.

Hi @jonjo110, I am the MrRobot. It looks like you were interacting with @Rainbow23, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.

Thanks for your response and time.

Kudos to you for trying out the steps.

Try performing a hard reset on your printer and check if it helps.

Press the Power button to turn on the product.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.
Check the printer control panel for any error messages.

Refer this article to further troubleshoot ink cartridges issues.

If the issue still persists please replace the ink cartridge.

Let me know if this works!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂
