Fax to computer notification

I just installed this printer with the full software and drivers. I am looking for a way to receive either a pop-up window or a sound notification when I received a fax. I don't see anything in the software nor the HP AiO Printer Remote software.

Can someone please direct me to where I can find this setting or where I can find a software (third-party or HP) that I can use?

I understand that you wanted to know if there was any pop-up window or a sound notification when you received a fax.

There is no option for a pop-up window when you receive a fax. However, you will hear the ringing sound when you receive a fax.

Follow these steps to set the volume of the fax ringer.

1. Swipe left on the printer control panel, and then touch Setup ().

2. Touch System Setup.

3. Swipe up to scroll down the settings, then touch Volume Settings.

4. Touch Ring Volume.

5. Touch Soft, Medium, Loud, or Off.

6. Touch the Home icon () to return to the main screen.

Thank you, for the answer, but we would like to turn the ringer off because it sometimes causes a disturbance during meetings. So a pop-up window would be perfect; especially if the faxed document would open up once the fax was received.

I understand that the ringer alert for fax sometimes causes a disturbance during meetings and hence you wanted the pop-up alert for received fax.

As of now, we do not have this feature. Maybe in later models, it could be added.
