HI I have a Photosmart C5180 and it wont print black ink, but prints in clolur. I have realigned the printheads, cleaned the print heads several times, changed the cartridge, even though it wasnt empty. What should I do now???

Hi, you have tried all the soultions, the only thing that you can do now is replace the C5180.

Hello VME,

 

I understand your Photosmart c5180 is not printing black ink. After some research, my recommendation is to go ahead and start troubleshooting Missing lines and ink.  I see that many found Step 4 to be helpful and resolved the issue.
