Product: HP LaserJet 400 color MFP M475
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi, i've a HP LaserJet 400 color MFP M475dn thats was working fine, but it was moved from other branch recently and now doesnt boot up.

When i power it on, i can hear the hardware working, the touchscreen lights up and shows the HP and Energystar logos, the loading bar starts the load up, then when reaches near between 35-40% (i guess) it just stays there, without kind of response.

I dont know what could it be. Can you please help me?
