HP Recommended

My HP 3630 Printer does not print images, text, web pages, or adobe files in color. I'm checked the settings on my laptop and the ink levels in my priner; however, color does not come out. Everything only prints in Black and White.

Thank you for joining the HP Forums! 

 

I understand that you cannot print in color with your HP Deskjet 3630 printer. I am happy to help! 

 

Are you using Genuine HP ink cartridges, or refills? 

 

In the meantime, please try the steps in this guide, Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink, and let me know the results!
