Hi,

 

My hp 4345 mfp printer getting ready, but when i try to scan i am getting error 30.01.25. i am already tried with this error because much time i upgrade fw, ribbon cable between scb and caridge assembly. if i recycle the power again scanner was ready mode. anybody help to fix this problem?

30.01.25 is a scanner assembly error.  There is no need to update anything here but the scanner assembly itself. 

 

Check all of the contacts that the scanner assembly has to the main printer.  Reseat them all to be safe and make sure they are nice and secure.  If that doesnt work then you will have to find a replacement scanner and install it.  Its a very simple replacement proceedure if you feel like investing the money in another scanner assembly.

 

If not then invest the money for teh scanner into a new printer model.
