updated to latest firmware and I keep having carrige jam error cannot print anything.

When I open the cover to get access to the cartridge the carrige does not position itself at the correct place to unload cartridge.

 

Looks like a firmware issue to move the carrige .

 

Is the only solution is to get another printer?

Thanks for your suggestion but I had already applied this solution but a few minutes after the problem came back.

The issue is that the carrige does not position itself correctly but when moved manualy it moves freely .
