I'm the same, black ink will not print - I had a cartridge that was over half full, but bought a new one, tried the disconnect-power-while-on/hold-the-power-button-15-seconds/plug-back-in, tried everything, REALLY FRUSTRATING AND TIME-WASTING!
@MELANIEMERZ123 wrote:yes yes yes...I have ALL OF THESE SAME ISSUES. I have purchased three separate ink cartrages from three separate vendors and all the same issue, color works fine and black just will not print or copy. I have tried every single suggestion on this thread and even had my husband do it to. Nothing. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

I'm suddenly having the same issues all of the others have been having. I, too, did the restart thing, with no success. What is this private message you are sending, and why can't the solution be made public?
