Thank you for getting back to me,

I understand this could be frustrating, however, I'm only trying to help,

And the information provided to me earlier was regarding the HP web services as I mentioned your clarification helped a lot,

Now that I know what you need I dug in and found the details about the discontinuation of this feature,

That said, the website will soon be taken down as well.

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask any other queries as  well,

Considering, this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Hi there, I do appreciate your prompt responses and attempts to help.

However, I honestly don't understand what web services has to do with whether the apps still work for the 8620 or not. Now you state that the entire support website specifically for the printer will be taken down, AND the apps are entirely discontinued.

Is all that correct?

@rainmaker3000

Thank you for replying,

The HP support site or entire support site is not being taken down, I was referring to the HP connect website for applications/Apps within the control panel alone as that would be taken down considering the services have been discontinued.

The Whole conversation about Web services was an error/confusion that was clarified after you pointed it out, and you are right that has nothing to do with the printer apps.

I hope that answers all your queries,

And I hope you have a good day ahead.
