After scanning several documents successfully two days ago the next day when I came to use my printer the message' The printhead installed is not intended for use in this printer or is damaged.

 

Can believe either suggestions.The printer has worked perfectly well before and I haven't damaged it.

 

Would be very relieved to  get help with this.

my (topic starter) update:

printer stopped printing black. Turned out to be something electronical, I guess.

I've put the printerhead (from the €15 second hand printer) back into that second hand printer.

So my original printer has a unsolvable printerhead error and a electronical black ink deffect.

 

So my printer is broken and I'm using the second hand which I bought for 15 euros.

This is the last change.

The next problem will be solved with a new printer. Not an hp.

 

I've tried to clean the old printhead a couple of times. But you can't do anything with it.
