I have been experiencing the same thing.  I finally ran across this...

Basically it appears as if HP has discontinued the service so our printers we purchased in part for that feature no longer work for eprinting.   It would be helpful if there would be a quick way to find out rather than spending hours upon hours and days upon days trying to resolve a problem that cannot be resolved.   Disappointing!  Bad form HP!

The Support for C410B does not end...But the Webservices doesn´t work.

 

The Support from HP was very bad, if you write something in the Forums, nobody from HP answers you...

 

Bad, bad, bad HP!
