Have an HP CM4540 MFP that comes up with errors 59.05.50 error and 59.00.00 with no resolve. Called HP for the service manual and was transfered to a hold time of 15 minutes when the phone died. Need to know what the error is or the service manual. Unit is out of warranty. Side note, have updated firmware, reseated fuser, reseated toner cartridges, pulled cartridges, booted without, same results.

The product experienced a drum motor startup error.
◦ X= 5: Black
◦ X = 6: Cyan
◦ X = 7: Magenta
