Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

   HP CP4525 DISPLAYS 59.F0 error code, the service manual states Error code 59.FO could be as a result of a faulty Intermediate transfer Belt(ITB).  Have tried a good ITB and get the same results.  Have four CP4525's doing the same thing, firmware is up to date and there is thumping noise that sounds like it's coming from the units, no noticeable wear on the inside of the printers.  Any suggestions?

May be a sticking, dirty or failing sensor as below:
