Product: HP DesignJet T1200ps

Hi,

this machine is taking too long as if it will never end on initializing, waited for about an hour but seems to hang on that state of initializing, no movements on the components. tried replacing the almost empty MK cartridge and tried doing the hard disk recovery and the file system check, but still the problem occur. any advice on this problem? Thanks!

HP Recommended

Remove media if loaded and remove all ink cartridges and printheads and then start the printer and see if it gets where it wants you to load items and if so do the first item and continue.
