Hello.  Hopefully someone here can figure out what's going on because I sure can't.

 

After about a month on no use I tried to print something and the printer "printed" a blank page. I checked the ink levels and they are good. I tried using the printer maintenance options without success (Ink cartridge alignment, ink cartridge cleaning, clean printer). The print alignement page also printed blank. I've also updated to the latest drivers checked the printer status. Everything checks out. I've also reset the cartridges and attempted to copy a document using copy option with the same result. Hopefully someone can help.
