I have had the same problem and it seems like every 2 months i have to purchase a new blk cartridge. it is a very expensive way to keep the printer going. I only print 2 or 3 sheets a week. the level of the cartridge is 3/4 full. is there anyway to get the cartridge to work. at whatever a cartridge cost x 6 is a lot of money.
