Hello @BushBellHP,
I may have a suggestion you could try in order to get your printer installed on your Windows 10.
You printer driver has not been added for Windows 10, but from what I've seen on some models you might be able to use the Windows 8.1 software for your printer. You can try this direct link for the download.
If this doesn't work, you could try the instructions in Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver.
Please let me know if any of these steps resolved your issue, or if there is anything else I can do to help.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks,

Glad to hear back from you @BushBellHP,
There are a few more documents that may help, since your printer doesn't have any full feature software.
- Installing and Using the Windows Built-in Print Driver
- Updating Drivers and Software with Windows Update (Windows 10, 😎
If none of those work for you, you may want to try installing using a different driver. You can use Installing an Alternate USB Print Driver (Windows 😎 as a rough guide.
Please let me know if any of these steps resolved your issue, or if there is anything else I can do to help.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks,

I have this same problem with a D1560 printer + W10. I have tried the above steps but when I load a W8 driver my computer says it is not compatible. Has anyone found a solution or have I got to throw out a perfectly good printer and 4 cartridges?
