HP Deskjet f4140 not printing

I have  an f4140,   The E light is on in Start Copy and the Black/Photo light is blinking.  I have removed the cartridges and then put them back in.

Hi Rn; thanks for the link. Unfortunately my blinking problem was not listed, however-this whole thing happened when I tried to print color with an old color cartridge.  When I popped in the new one, wala! So all is well!
