I bought Deskjet 2700e printer online. I'm trying to install HP s/w from 123.hp.com. System tells me it is not available. How can resolve the problem?

Try to install with the Deskjet driver from HP Support:
* Click on YES button to say thanks,
* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.
