Product: HP ENVY 4527
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The HP Envy will not print colour when printing from our laptop although the print quality diagnostic sheet prints in colour. Have looked at settings but not able to resolve this problem. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP ENVY 4527 Printer. I understand that you it does not print in color and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

 

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

 

Uninstall the printer software.

Click here and refer the document to uninstall the Printer.

 

Install the printer with windows builtin driver.

You can refer this document to install printer.
