HP ENVY 7645
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy 7645 that was working fine until this morning. When I tried to print something  it wouldn't print and a paper jam error message popped up on my printer screen. After removing the jam (it wasn't a jam but the paper only fed a few inches), changing the paper and making sure it was aligned in the tray, it still wouldn't print, with the same error message. I tried several times and each time got the "jammed" paper and error message.  Help please.

Welcome back to the HP Forums @ don4400,

I would be happy to help you with your Envy 7640. I understand from your description that you had a paper jam, cleared it, and now when you try to print you see a paper jam error although there is no longer paper jammed inside. Paper jams can be real or false.
