Operating System: Mac OS X 10.7 Lion

Still no luck scanning anything despite downloading the software for my OS ; it has been several months now and I fell that I have tried everything, why is this not working ?

 

Any ideas ?

Hi Leo2579,

 

Can you please first check whether your scanner is working properly? You can verify this by simply performing a copy job. 

 

To do scanning from your PC, you need  to download full feature SW according to your OS. You can go to below link with your OS to download the full feature software.

Thanks for the link, the problem is that my OS does not appear on the drop down menu , the oldest version is 10.8
