Hello!

I have a problem which I’ve been unable to fix during the last two weeks, despite extensive searches online, and trying the recommended fixes found in discussion forums, etc. I’m hoping someone will be able to advise me how to sort this out – it seems a common problem. If you are unable to help me, perhaps someone could give me the direct email address for HP customer care. I can’t find it anywhere.

Problem: having replaced the black cartridge the printer exhibited error code 0x61011bed. The printer recognises the new/full genuine HP cartridge but will not print, instead repeatedly giving the same error code. The printhead health is reported as ‘Good’. The software and firmware are up-to-date. I’ve checked for paper jams, etc. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer.
