A printer problem: Printer could not connect to the internet, printed nothing for a month, but I was charged for 300 pages, only refunding half.

My OfficeJetPro 9018 started experiencing a problem a few months ago where it could not connect to the Internet. It displayed a button to "Connect" and to "Retry". Sometimes it would work, sometimes it would not. It finally completely stopped working. I had not been able to print anything for over a month. But HP Instant ink said that I printed almost 300 pages that month and charged me $25. After almost two hours  HP Printer Support technician was able to make some changes to my Web Services on the printer and get it working again. (CASE NUMBER [Personal Information Removed]He said that the "Retries" must have been counting as printed pages and that I needed to contact HP Instant Ink support. But HP Instant Ink support says that they will only refund me HALF of what they charged!

Dishonest HP!
