I am unable to access my Instant Ink account and unable to find a way to edit my sign in information in order to accomplish that task.   Can anyone help me iwith this?

I see that you're experiencing problems logging into your Instant Ink account. I would be happy to look into this with you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution' if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.

 

Does it say that your username or password is wrong?  Please try the "Forgotten password" option to reset the password. 

Have you tried logging in with another email address that you may have used to enroll with?

 

Please send me a private message with your account number or email address that you may have used to enroll with.
