The same solution did the trick at the office too. I have no idea why but it did. It's a bit funny that we've actually spent countless of hours on the phone and email with HP support and they only made us try things that we knew wouldn't make a difference to begin with. And then something like this solves it. Well, I'm happy about that anyway. Thanks!

Again, know this is old. 

 

I've got the same problems when using Office 365 but the IPv6 trick isn't fixing it. I've tried using smtp.office365.com as well as setting up a connector and using x-com.mail.protection.outlook.com. No errors, just tests failing on all ports. 

 

I can set up a GMAIL test and it's working fine. 

 

Did you end up getting Office 365 to work that way?
