Hello! As another guy here mentioned there is that little clip on the interior left side of the tray that may go missing or get broken off when paper is loaded. There is also another small piece of plastic directly across from it on the other side that might be missing. I found this to be the case causing my phantom jams. replaced the tray and had to put a new one in for the left side. 

Everything works now.
