I received a timely response compelte with an attachment w/illustrations that showed me how to print the envelopes, which I followed.  Despite following explicitly the instructions for loaidng in either of 2 trays, # of envelopes, settings, the addressee name/address prints at the top half of the envlope.  On plain 8-1/2 by 11 paper the envlope information prints correctly.  Don't have problems printing the Corel WP envelope on my Ricoh or Brother's printers and the HP2300 that I just got rid of.  When I called support, was told that they don't have solutions for printing WP Corel documents.  That doesn't make sense to me when it prints out ok on the other printers and even on the HP2300 that I no longer have.  Would appreciate a working solution.

Thanks for replying and trying the steps provided earlier by my colleague. Chimney_83 is out of the office today and therefore I will assist you from here. I appreciate the steps you have carried out and have done a commendable job.

I read that the addressee name/address prints at the top half of the envelope. On plain 8-1/2 by 11 paper the envelope information prints correctly.

I suggest you to refer to these below links for printing WP Corel documents:

Let me know how it pans out. Good luck! 🙂

I tried the solutions but none worked.  Today I tried out the envelope template in Microsoft Word 2106 with the same result when it printed on the envelope.  The addressee is at the middle top of the envelope and there is no return address.  ?? if it is a wrong driver or is the printer defective?

Thank you for your reply and taking the time to try different options.

I read that when you tried to print an envelope in  Microsoft Word 2016, the addressee is at the middle top of the envelope and there is no return address.

I'm sure you are selecting the correct options and doing it the right way. I tried checking the settings to print envelopes though I have Microsoft Word 2013, I see the below options which we can try to work with:

Please check in the print preview option first before you print. You may refer to this HP document for printing on envelopes: http://hp.care/2mhUTNS

Let me know if this helps. Keep me posted. Cheers! 🙂
