I have problem with my all in one printer M127FN, when I try to copy or scan message shows "Calibrating" and then goes to ready status, and do nothing.
I tried updating firmware, and removing power cord and waiting for 60 seconds, but the problem is still not fixed.
I also tried restoring factory settings, please help me with this problem.

After hours of searching for solution, I managed to fix my printer.
Problem was with dirty encoder disk, located inside scanner unit, so to solve this problem you need to disassembly scanner unit and clean encoder disk.

Hey, I had same problem. If you have warranty, just call the technician. He will do. If you don't have warranty, you can do by yourselves. (if you open printer, warranty will be void. Plz do it on your own risk)
Here is what I did
====> I just disassembled the scanner (all screws are parted rear side of the printer and downside of thescnanner) with the help of technician (I don't know how to disassemble).
====> There is a wheel inside the scanner which operates scolling the light
====> There is dust on that wheel in my case
====> We just cleaned the wheel
====> Then assemble
====> Hurray. It is working now.
I've attached screws parted pictures for your information.
