I have been having the same issue as that above in that certain pdf documents e-mailed to me are inverted.  Changing the Print Data Optimization does not work.  I tried to download the PCL 5 version (and 6 for that matter) and I get the following "Error 0x800 f0214".  Help!

Hi everybody.

I was have the same problem.

Perfect uninstalling and then installing again, solve the problem.

Perfect uninstalling means:

- turn off the printer before clicking uninstalll button on the uninstaller program.

- restarting after uninstall.

- deleting "hewlett-packard", "HP\program files", "laserjet" Keys in the windows registry.

- deleting  "HP" folder from hard drive: "C:\Users\All Users\", "C:\Program Files\","C:\Program Files(x86)\"

- restarting again

And then installing Fully again.
