I have this setting but the same problem. The documents were not printed. Furthermore I try to use the dashboard. Now there is not option "ePrint" any longer to change this setting. I can do it only via smartphone and HP-app

I deleted my printer and add it again as new device. Then I could print again.

This don't work if you have this dashboard installed. There are no "Options" and no "ePrint".

When you're using this dashboard you can only access "ePrint" via smartphone-app "HP smart".

could you explain how to send to you a private message when there is no such private message option in my profile on this forum.

Good Luck with this @Zoubida!  I never did get any response on this same thing and still don't know where to find private messages. 

I don't know if this will help you but I was able to log into my HP account via HP Instant Ink by clicking on "Home", "Printer Details" and then the "HP Connected Account".  Once in my HP Smart account, I selected the "My Printers" and found the printer and selected "Change Details".  At the bottom of this window there is "ePrint Access" and I went in and changed mine from "Open to Anyone" over to "Allowed" and added all the email addresses I would be using for this. Once I did this, it has been working again. I don't know if it is a permanent fix yet, but at least it is working again for right now.  I don't know if this will help you or not but I thought I would share it in hopes maybe it would.  Wishing you the best with getting this issue resolved!

Yours looks a bit different than mine.  Maybe try putting in the email addresses you use to print with where it says "Share remote access to printer".  I'm not sure because it looks different. You are in the right place though.

I've already add email adresse in this zone but it do not correct the issue. 

I don't find  "ePrint Access"  in this page.
