Having same issue. Was able to print one document through email then all subsequent are being blocked.

I have this same issue, loggin into HP Smart didn't help as my printer isn't shown on it, had to make a new account to even enter the website.
If anyone has a fix that lets me still use remote prints, I'd be very thankful.

got the same problem from a Gmail address, so it's not a foolproof answer 😞
