I agree!  It seems you should have access to a portal at mimecast to a) Set your allowed email addresses, and b) Release hostage emails.  Or HP should allow users to opt out of this spam-prevention program. The ePrint was a great capability before mimecast - now it’s just a hassle!

HP tech contacted Mimecast with my printer email address.  Day later the hostage emails all began to print.  Mimecast must take that address out of the system somehow.  Of course, it kicked in and started printing at 2:30 a.m.

Hi there!  I also have experienced Mimecast holding my emails due to "Spam Risk" and printing out a paper with IRL hyperlinks.  Can I also get some assistance with my HP ePrint address?

I have temporarily solved the problem by disabling and re-enabling web services, obtaining a new claim code for the printer and adding the printer to hp cloud services.  I'm fearful however that at any time Mimecast might decide to trap my messages and it will all start over again.  Can someone at HP support - Kumar? contact me about getting my printer address removed from the Mimecast list?

Hi Betty,

Can you PM me as well? I have the same issue (with two identical printers) and would love to get their emails removed from MimeCast.

Thanks!

We have this issue with our ePrint as well.   The Mimecast email does not give us a way to release.   Can somone PM us to help us out?

I see from this post that it involves an HP tech getting our Printer email address and manually adding into Mimecast on their end.
