Help, I have a MacbookPro, and a Macmini both running Sierra 10.12.  Every time I need to print, I have to turn off and then turn on the printer to to print or scan. I have the latest drivers installed on the Macbook Pro/Mini.  The strange thing is, that I can print with no problems using my Lenovo M73 ThinkCenter running Windows 10 Pro 64 on the same wf system.  I am uning a Ubee wi fi rounter supplied by Time Warner and it is in the same room as the printer and computers

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you try this:

macOS 10 12 Sierra: Adding a printer using IP address

Hope that helps!

Hi @SoCalGuyII

Would suggest that you "trash" the HP Utility, HP Scan and other HP software before reinstalling the software using HP Easy Start.

Thanks.
