HP Officejet Pro 8610

My HP Officejet Pro 8610 prints out blank pages everytime I try to print something.

 

I've cleaned the printerhead through to the last stages and if I print something immediately after, it does print normally however after leaving the printer for a while, it continues to print blank pages.

 

I also tried scanning a document however this came out blank.

I understand that you are getting blank pages with your HP Officejet pro 8610 printer. I am happy to look into this printing issue for you! 

 

What is the Operating System that you are using, Windows, or Mac? https://www.whatsmyos.com

 

Are you using Genuine HP ink cartridges, or refills? 

 

Are any of your ink cartridges low or empty?

 

In the meantime, please try the steps within this guide, Color or Black Ink is Not Printing, and let me know the results!

Hi there,

 

My operating system is Mac and I use genuine hp ink cartridges.

 

When the problem started, I had full ink levels however, after cleaning the printerhead through the three stages repeatedly, my ink levels have depleted to about 40%.

 

I have tried the steps in the guide however nothing seems to work.

 

I may have to buy a new printhead.
