HP Recommended

I'm getting thin black lines across pictures and there is a pool of black ink in the bottom of the printer.  I'd like to try changing the print head if it is leaking and cleaning out the bottom of the printer.  I'm looking for a procedure to do that . . . unless it is not possible.
