I got this message after removing the printhead because the machine was making a lot of noise. After inserting the printhead back in place, I get that message and the printer won't print anymore. I don't want to spend $75 of cartridges to see if it is going to work. Very disappointed with HP it is the second printer in 2 years.
Thank you for the help.

Hello lasvegasraven,
I would like to assist you with this issue. So I can better assist I will need you to answer the following questions:
- Do you also have the HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer?
- Are you also getting the exact same error? (0x61011bed)
- Is the printer able to make a copy from the front panel? (This step tests the hardware of the printer).
Looking forward to your response!
Thank you,
