Thank you so much for your solution. Seems to have worked for me, too.

 

I have C5180; for past few months, increasingly until it was continuous, I received similar message: "Ink system has failed. Unable to print. Refer to printer documentation. Error: 0xc19a0021. Turn power on and off again".

 

Turning the "power on and off again" didn't work. And I couldn't find any help in "printer documentation" or at HP Support.

Dude, Thanks so much for posting! Worked like a charm. After using your suggestion I did need another reset but everything came up roses. Saved me time and money!

3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows

• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
