I have the HP Photosmart Premium C310 Series Printer. It will no longer print. There is an error message of "Printhead Problem", with the instructions of: Remove all Cartridges. Next, left black latch and remove printhead. Then re-install Printhead and Cartridges. I have done this several times with no success. Even went out and bought all new ink cartridges and tried those as well with no success. With this error message on the printer screen, it won't let me get off of that screen.

Hello pcoleman5870, and welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!
I saw from your post that you are having printhead problem errors. I would love to try and help you with that.
I would suggest following through this document: 'Printhead Problem' or 'Printhead Appears to be Missing or Damaged' Message Displays on the Computer. This should help take care of this issue.
Good luck and please let me know the results of your troubleshooting steps. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums!

Hi annie47here, and thanks for the reply.
After reviewing the issue, it's possible you are experiencing printhead failures. The best recommendation I could make would be to contact HP directly. You can utilize this website to learn how to contact HP appropriately, based on your region: Contact HP Worldwide.
