Fails to print, error message stating printer is in error state. My wireless Network Test Results came back all good. How do I fix the error state and what does that mean?

Welcome to the HP Forums @cijbj,
I saw your post about your Envy 7645 being in an "error state" and not printing on Windows 10, and wanted to reach out to try and help you. I have some suggestions to start with, and would like you to try them and let me know the results when you're done.
1. Power reset the printer:
- Turn the printer on.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the unit.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 15 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the unit.
If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.
- Tip: Make sure the printer is plugged in directly to the wall outlet, avoiding power bars and surge protectors. This ensures the printer is receiving full power.
2. Try making copies from the printer, if the copies work successfully, move on to step 3.
3. Run the Print and Scan Doctor. This diagnostic tool will check for any conflicts that could be causing the issue. The tool will show you a report at the end. If there was a problem that the tool could not fix, you will notice it in the results. Please send me these results.
4. Try printing and scanning.
If the copies do not work, please consider contacting HP to see about them placing a replacement printer order for you under the printers warranty.
HP's contact info:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
I hope this helps you and steers you in the right direction!
