HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Got an e-mail before Christmas telling me I needed to update the payment details on my account which I forgot to do. Received another e-mail after the New Year telling me my account was frozen and I had to change my payment details which I tried to do but got the message

"Something unexpected happened We're sorry, but something went wrong. Sign out of this account now and try signing in again later."

Rang phone support who couldn't solve the problem and told me to wait 24 hours and try again which I have done but it still doesn't work. Have tried 4 different browsers and the HP Smart App on my phone but still get the same message.
