HP laserjet pro mfp 177fw
Microsoft Windows Server 2003

I have an issue with HP laserjet pro mfp 177fw with copy function. It a network printer shared on windows server 2003 via network connection. It is printable but copy is not clear even I have chanaged new toner printer. 

 

Before, I have print and copy without any issue. Any idea or help on this please?

I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer, where you are able to print fine but the copy quality is not good. 

Don't worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you checked the copy settings on the printer?

Are you using the document feeder or the flatbed to make a copy on the printer?

  

Please clean the flatbed glass as suggested in Step 1 of this article

Check the copy settings and paper settings as suggested in Step 3 and 4. 

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for assistance. 

 

Please follow the procedure mentioned below to contact our phone support. 

  • Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Enter Product number or select to auto detect
  • Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
  • Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
