Hi Kileypup

Is it the link to the Email support page that won't work?

What a surprise. The link you provide is broken.

Filling out this form

yields an email undeliverable response:

Hi @lloh7

Don't know what's happening there, I'll follow up with the HP Rewards team to see what's going on.....

Thanks

YES! After taking another 20 minutes to fill out the same web form, I again got an instant rejection:

"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.

Delivery to the following recipients failed.

hpwebserver@mail.support.hp.com"

Fool me once, fool me twice..... This same routine of sending frustrated customers to the same broken web forms has been going on for years.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ME THE SAME BROKEN WEB FORM! PLEASE ESCALATE THIS ISSUE TO A REAL PERSON WHO WILL GIVE US A REAL RESPONSE.

Hi @lloh7

I've fed this back to the Rewards team, they're receiving forms from other users and reckon the address is working fine. By any chance would it be anything to do with your browser? Have you tried putting the URL into a clean browser session (cookies deleted) or try from another browser?

Just as an aside, I used to have problems booking tickets on an airline site when using Explorer (the form with details wouldn't save), but once I tried with Chrome it was fine.

I'm using Firefox and the web form launches just fine. The email is sent, but is bounced as undeliverable. This does not appear to be a browser issue. Regardless, shouldn't your customer support try to investigate  and resolve instead of deny that the problem exists?

Hi again lloh7

As per the other thread...

http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Other-Printing-Questions/Error-processing-HP-Rewards/m-p/3260173#M85853

....I'm trying to follow up again with the HP Rewards folks. Might be a delayed response as most folks are on their Christmas break, but as soon as I hear anything I will get in touch with you.

Sorry about all of this, I promise I am trying to help out and get this resolved for you.
