I installed HP3755 on my network and I can print from my computer and from the app however, the printer does not show up for a choice when I try to print from my emails on my IPhone. I have another printer on my network and that is the one that shows up all the time and it will not allow me to add. Do I need to remove the other printer? if so, how do I do that?

Hello, @MSD01 - Hope you are well 🙂
Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a great location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
Going through your post, I understand that you are unable to print emails to your Deskjet printer from your iOS device. Let’s try the steps listed below to try and fix this:
-
On the printer, make sure a solid blue light is on next to the Wi-Fi Direct/HP wireless direct button
or an Wi-Fi Direct/HP wireless direct
icon displays on the control panel.
-
Press the Wi-Fi Direct/HP wireless direct button or navigate the control panel menu settings to find and touch Wi-Fi Direct/HP wireless direct.
-
On your Apple iOS device, tap Settings, and then tap Wi-Fi.
-
Under the Choose a network menu, select your printer. The printer name begins with DIRECT.
If prompted, type a password. The default password is 12345678.
Now, try and print as suggested below:
-
Open the document, photo, email, or webpage you want to print, and then tap the Action icon
or
to display menu options.
-
Tap Print or the Print icon,
depending on the type of file you want to print.
-
On the Printer Options menu, tap Select Printer, and then select your printer from the list.
Check http://hp.care/2pSDIl2 for detailed instructions.
That should do the trick, let me know the outcome!
Good luck 🙂

Hello, @MSD01
Did you try the steps listed in my post?
You do not require the internet connection to use the Wi-Fi direct option. Please try and follow the steps listed in my above message and let me know if you face any issues.
Thanks, I'll watch for your reply!
Cheers 🙂

Hello, @MSD01
Wireless direct is an option to connect the printer wirelessly to the printer's wireless network. It would say that there is "No internet connection". That means that the iOS device is connected to the Printer's wireless network and while the printer is connected to the printer network, there won't be any internet connection.
Once the phone is connected to the printer network, go back to the gallery or the document that you need to print then try the steps below:
-
Open the document, photo, email, or webpage you want to print, and then tap the Action icon
or
to display menu options.
-
Tap Print or the Print icon,
depending on the type of file you want to print.
-
On the Printer Options menu, tap Select Printer, and then select your printer from the list.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Good luck 🙂

Hello, @MSD01
Let's try installing the HP All-in-One remote app (HP AiO remote app) to print from your iPhone. Go to apple store and install the HP AiO remote app on your phone.
I found a wonderful document which will give you instructions on how to use this app. Please go through the steps here: http://hp.care/2dlUQ2b
If the app is already installed, remove the app, restart the phone and then re-install the app again.
Let me know if that helps!
Cheers 🙂
